Carey Pickford is an attorney at law licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California. Carey received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of law in 1990, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts in 1981.
In addition to running the Pickford Law Office, Carey has been an instructor at Mount San Jacinto Community College where he taught courses in Bankruptcy, Legal Research and Writing, Administrative Law and Family Law. Carey has also taught at the University of California Riverside Extension.
Carey was born in Coronado California. He, his wife, and their three children live in Temecula, and he speaks both Spanish and Italian. In addition to practicing law, Carey is an avid cyclist and has raced road bikes in both the United States and Mexico. Carey currently enjoys racing mountain bikes.
For more than 25 years, Carey has served the legal needs of residents in: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Sun City, Winchester and all the surrounding communities of Southwest Riverside County. Carey practices the following types of law: estate planning, wills, probate, and bankruptcy. Carey is a standing member of the following organizations: the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Southwest Riverside Bar Association, the California Bankruptcy Forum – Inland Empire Chapter (of which he was formerly the treasurer and board member) and the Federal Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Southern and Central District, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
